OPPORTUNITY: CEO wants to make this a great place to work. The CHRO will need to bearhug the business and be prepared to create and implement new policies, procedures, personnel, and systems. This is a hands-on, lead by example, bottoms-up and top-down role across the total enterprise. For example:
- Employee Communications & Relations: How do we best engage a decentralized workforce?
- Policies & Procedures: Dated, stale, and not as proactive as needed
- Training & Development: What can we do better on career pathing, skills development, performance management, etc.?
- Rewards: Are we competitive? Do we properly acknowledge those that make a difference?
- Organizational Alignment & Development: In an ever-changing setting that includes new technology and acquisition integration, do we have the right talent? Succession planning?
- Business Partnering: Leadership is seeking a business partner regarding strategy, change, and problem solving
REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS required. Seek 12+ years of HR generalist experience that includes achieving the #1 or #2 HR role within a multi-plant or multi-division manufacturer with over 400 employees.
REWARD: $200,000 to $220,000 plus 20% bonus and excellent benefits
